The True Up team absolutely understand the meaning of customer service. We were having major communication outages and our network service provider and phone vendor were more interested in pointing fingers at each other than resolving the issue. I was referred to True Up by a peer to help resolve the issue. They pulled in the existing vendors and worked with them and the manufacturers to rapidly identify and repair the issue. Furthermore they put a back up service in place to mitigate the risk of a similar issue in the future. They will a part of our team moving forward
