Neal Stanton
Senior Partner
Neal has a 25-year-long track record of building or leading companies that deliver strategic value to their clients while reducing cost and complexity.
At True Up IT, Neal focuses on corporate strategy and execution. Prior to founding True Up IT he served as vice president of sales, Americas for Bradford Networks where he was responsible for enhancing and implementing Bradford’s sales strategy and execution to drive customer engagement and profitable growth.
Neal has held numerous direct sales and leadership roles including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Consultedge, where he was responsible for all aspects of Consultedge’s strategy, operations, and execution. His focus on integrity, execution, and professionalism set the tone for the organization and led to its rapid growth and ultimate acquisition. Under Neal’s leadership Consultedge was named to CRN Magazine’s annual list of the nation’s 100 fastest growing technology solution providers each year from 2005 to 2010 when the company was sold.
Neal’s entrepreneurial spirit has gained him notable recognition. He was honored with NJBiz’s Forty Under 40 award, which recognizes exceptional business and community achievements by a business leader younger than 40. He was also named a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Neal has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Rutgers University. He currently lives with his wife and two children in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
